1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. TactileNotes has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically become active within 24–48 hours.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, transit times can occasionally be affected by customs delays, courier issues, or peak seasonal volumes.
